We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented team player (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills to join our Data Science & AI Team at DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. We are an ambitious team of open-minded people and play a lead role in the digital transformation of our division’s global company network.We are excited to appoint a Product Owner – Data Analytics (m/f/d) in Kapfenberg or Vienna. The position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in implementing data-driven products & services that secure the future operational excellence of our enterprise.The primarily desired job site is Kapfenberg, Austria, with a certain share of remote work. - Deliver our industrial data platform in a customer-centric and data-driven way
- Prioritize, refine and manage the product backlog, including requirements analysis and engineering
- Enable our development team to discover and deliver a valuable, usable and scalable product that is also feasible to build
- Lead discussions with customers and internal stakeholders (m/f/d) to gather feedback, understand their needs and to manage expectations
- Develop a solid understanding of our production processes and value chains
- Support the product manager in creating, aligning and delivering the product strategy
What we offerSalary Package and Benefits: The monthly salary agreement for this position is EUR 4.244,46 gross (14 x per year) on a full-time basis. The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.Hours: from 30 hours per weekvoestalpine offers its workforce an attractive and appreciative working environment: We support with an extensive initial introduction phase, regular on – the – job trainings, flexible working hours and annual appraisal interviews. Qualifications
- Technical or software engineering background with a university degree in a related field and/or several years of professional experience
- At least three years of experience in customer-facing roles representing software companies, ideally in product development
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with modern supporting toolstack (Jira, Confluence, GitLab)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German and willingness to travel
- Experience in data analysis, visualisation and machine learning in an industrial setting is very beneficial
