We are Kronospan.Main duties and responsibilitiesThe Product Manager is responsible for oversight of the product development and product life cycle processes. The position works closely with sales, marketing & design, and operations to develop products consistent with market trends and customer requirements while optimizing manufacturing efficiencies. The position combines strategy, marketing information, leadership, and other skills with the end goal of a successful product launch. This is a salaried exempt position and is not eligible for overtime.Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of wood panel products, their end uses, and customer requirements
  • Must have basic financial analysis skills
  • Must be customer focused and self-starting
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to primary stakeholders
  • Must have excellent project management skills, the ability to prioritize, and the ability to effectively work with other departments
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills and must have an analytical, questioning nature
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work with little to no supervision

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

  • 3+ years’ experience in wood panel products development and/or sales
  • 3-5 years in a product manager role with oversight of the full life cycle of a product(s)
