• Analyse data of production, characterization, and validation results.
• Drive test cost optimizations (yield)
• Drive technical analysis for customer returns involving production, characterization, validation and design teams
• Collaborate in cross functional teams: concept , design, DfT, technology, burn-in, characterization
• Review product requirement datasheets, parameters and test specifications

ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 0-1 years experience in Test Engineering or Product Engineering
• Expertise in data mining and yield analysis, knowledge on semiconductors product development cycle, assembly and test technologies know-how
• Good knowledge in the various fields of IC development (design, test validation) and IC production (technology, wafer, processing, production test, quality and reliability, yield)
• Strong analytical and data management skills, good communication skills and able to work with multisite cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge in UNIX & MS Office
• Good knowledge in programming (C++, Java, Python) is a plus
• Fluent English skills, German skills is a plus

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of 4.215,39 EUR (gross) per month. The salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
