Our client is looking for assistant on a 6 month contract for their Products Department.
Main Responsibilities
Product Support – 50%
Publishing Translations – 25%
Internal and External Relations – 15%
Special Projects (as required) – 10%
Education & Experience
You have successfully completed an undergraduate university degree.
You have a minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience, related business education and/or professional corporate setting, i.e. Higher Education, Financial, is an asset.
Skills & Abilities
High degree of attention to quality, detail, and accuracy, along with excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to a changing priorities frequently with a high volume of product.
Possess a reputation for resourcefulness with the ability to exercise independent judgement and flexibility.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professional verbal and written communication, tact and diplomacy.
Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and language riles.
Knowledge of copyright law is desirable.
Experience with product/contact management databases, i.e. using Salesforce CRM.
Advanced computer skills, i.e. Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat, and database applications.
