In this role you have the opportunity to
Support strategic operational initiatives within the North America Market organization. Your primary role will be to support commercial launches of new products, services, and Solutions as well as the Sales, Marketing, and Government Teams.
Your role:
Driving first-time-right commercial launch of new products and solutions into the US and CAN
Ensuring new product development and solutions incorporate feasible serviceability requirements
Leading/supporting key operational initiatives
Establishing and maintaining daily management of key quality indicators
Providing resolution of ad-hoc escalations ensuring compliance to Philips Quality Management System, FDA regulations and other Regulatory Agencies’ regulations is maintained
Managing the implementation of continuous improvement activities in areas that will increase performance, improve alignment to Philips Behaviors and Strategy, and maintain visibility to organizational goals and objectives
Providing technical support in Market issues like out of tolerance investigations, 3rd party product intro‐duction, and development of solutions
You’re the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in medical devices, quality engineering preferred
Your skills include strong experience operating within the requirements of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, proficiency in process analysis and optimization, strong proficiency using project management tools such as Project Charters and Gantt Charts, proven proficiency and results in driving continuous improvement utilizing tools like PRIDE, DMAIC, six sigma, lean or other problem-solving methodologies; Green/Black-belt certified preferred
You have a Bacherlor’s degree in Engineering or technical field, or equivalent years of experience

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $74,000 to $136,000, Annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
