Job description

The University of Sussex is seeking an experienced individual to provide expert insight and advice with regards to the local private sector housing market within Brighton and Hove and the surrounding area. 

To use sector knowledge and undertake market research to formulate the University’s response to ensure it meets housing capacity demand for students in coming years. 

To make recommendations and contribute to negotiations to provide service improvements that align with Sussex’s values and student experience aspirations.
