Collaborating closely with our dedicated marketing team, you will ensure that our products meet and exceed customer requirements. Your expertise will contribute to safety analyses, risk management, and support verification and production testing, ensuring exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Your new role at a glance:

  • Defining the architecture and safety concept of new Automotive Power Management ICs
  • Collaborating with the technical marketing team to establish product requirements
  • Contributing to functional safety analyses, FMEAs, and technical risk management
  • Supporting verification activities before and after silicon, as well as production testing
  • Assisting customers with their requests
  • Conducting failure analysis

Your profile

As an experienced engineer in the semiconductor field, you thrive on staying updated with the latest technologies. Your collaborative nature enables you to think and work effectively in teams. With a positive mindset, you inspire and motivate others around you. Your outstanding skills in negotiation and communication empower you to drive projects successfully and make prompt decisions.

Who you are

A confident Concept Champion with:

  • A Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics or a similar field of studies
  • Motivation and drive to explore innovative architectures and solutions
  • A willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment, along with an independent attitude to actively engage, create, and contribute
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Hardware / Semiconductor products within the automotive area (e.g. architecting, designing, simulation)
  • Experience in automotive power management solutions is a plus
  • An Openness to travel to customers and internal team meetings (up to 20% of the time)
  • Knowledge of Synopsys and / or Cadence, MATLAB and / or Python tools
  • Good knowledge and experience with ISO26262 standard is a plus
  • Fluency in English. German skills are a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
