• You are responsible for IT projects with large project teams (>50 team members) in the area of payment transactions
• You manage projects not only for Erste Bank and Sparkassen, but also for the banks of Erste Group in the CEE region
• Most of the projects are related to European or global innovations in payments
• You work closely with IT and the bank, take over cross-bank coordination and are supported by a strong and committed team
• You are part of a product team that includes requirements management, development, testing and operation and project management in one department

You check these boxes:

• Several years of experience in managing large IT projects in an international corporate environment

Completed projects using methods adapted to the project (waterfall, agile, hybrid)Flexibility and commitment enable you to steer your project team in the right direction even in difficult periods * Successfully completed several challenging projects due to your initiative and dedicationChallenges are something you thrive on, maintaining a structured approach in times of uncertainty * Excellent knowledge of German and English skills

• Experience with regulatory projects is a benefit
