JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A Postdoctoral Scholar position is available in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus. Candidates with background in one or more of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply: machine learning applied to packaging, including fabrication of advanced interconnect structures.

 

A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required. The applicant will be involved in several research projects, as well as in supervision of research of graduate students.
