Skills/Qualifications

Essential requirements:

compliance with general requirement stipulated in the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act

completion of doctoral study in psychology

an advanced knowledge of research methods, especially survey research methods

excellent knowledge of complex quantitative dana analyses

an advanced knowledge of social and political psychology, especially theories and approaches relevant for the research topics related to social cohesion and social changes

excellent knowledge of spoken an written English and Croatian

excellent computer skills, particularly use of various computer programs for dana analysis

Specific Requirements

Additional requirements:

work experience in big competitive international research projects

published scientific papers, especially in Q1 publications, and especially papers based on dana from several countries

work experience in preparation, organisation, and data analyses of international surveys

work experience with dana management

proficient verbal expression in writing (both in Croatian and in English), ability to present and communicate in public, communication skills, willingness to cooperate, good organization skills, conscientiousness, meticulousness, built work habits
