Essential requirements:

• compliance with general requirement stipulated in the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act
• PhD in the field of sociology
• proficient computer skills
• proficiency in spoken and written English
• proficiency in the qualitative data collecting and analysis
• proficiency in spoken and written Croatian

 

Additional requirements (advantage):

• international competitive research projects experience
• published research/professional papers
• scientific conference presentations
• experience in NVivo – qualitative data analysis computer software package
• effective communication and presentation skills, strong work ethics, good organisation skills, teamwork skills
