We offer an innovative and collaborative environment where the successful candidate will join a team of highly motivated students engaged in pioneering research. Our projects sit at the nexus of AI agents, digital twins, physics-informed machine learning, and their application in nuclear power engineering.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of a thermal-fluid demonstration facility that leverages digital twin technology for autonomous control and flexible operation.
- Co-mentor graduate students.
- Compile and prepare reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Doctoral Degree
What is helpful:
- Comprehensive expertise in the design, operation, and control of thermal-fluid systems, as well as AI/ML.
- A robust portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in relevant fields is highly desirable.
Knowledge, skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking, with a proven ability to engage effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
