The ANU College of Law is recognised as one of Australia’s leaders in legal research and education.
Located in Australia’s capital city, Canberra, the ANU College of Law is home to four research centres, a law reform and social justice initiative, and has built strong networks with lawmakers, the judiciary and legal academics throughout Australia and the world.
The ANU College of Law seeks to appoint a Postdoctoral Fellow who is ready to enhance their academic career in one of the world’s foremost research universities. Following recent developments on treaty and voice and leading up to the next referendum, we are seeking applications from candidates who are pursuing research and will make impact in the following areas:
• Indigenous Legal Studies / Indigenous People and the Law
• Constitutional Law
• International Law (as it relates to Australia)
• Property Law
• Administrative Law
