| The Morningside Center of Mathematics (MCM), Chinese Academy of Sciences invites applications for multiple postdoctoral positions beginning in 2023. These positions are for two years, and may be extended by one more year if performance is satisfactory. Further extensions may be offered in exceptional cases. Ph.D. in pure mathematics is required. Subject Area: Pure mathematics Application Deadline: Positions remain open until filled. Duty: Research in pure mathematics. Collaboration with faculty members of MCM is encouraged. No teaching load. Salary Range: 300,000 – 400,000 CNY (before deductions and tax) per year. The MCM also provides research grants to postdoctoral fellows in need. About the MCM: The MCM has been promoting mathematical research and exchange since its foundation in 1996. The director of the center is Prof. Shing-Tung Yau. |
