The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Postdoc Research Fellow to join the Department of Economics at Monash University. This is an opportunity to be part of a team exploring the economics of diversity and inclusion.
Reporting to Professor Andreas Leibbrandt of the Department of Economics, the Postdoc Research Fellow is expected to contribute towards ongoing research efforts, and to develop their research expertise in the field of diversity and inclusion. Applicants should be passionate about diversity and inclusion, and excited about the possibility to collaborate with researchers from different fields and practitioners on novel experiments in social science.
The successful candidates will hold a PhD in the relevant discipline or a closely related discipline. Candidates with interest and background in economic theory, computer science and artificial intelligence are particularly encouraged to apply.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
