Job Summary: |
The Post-Award Research Accountant is an integral member of the Research Administration team in the School of Pharmacy. This team handles all sponsored research tasks from “cradle to grave” and relies on this position to help with management of and assistance with all post-award activities. This position handles Department level and Divisional level tasks for approximately 40 Principal Investigators. |

Responsibilities: | Works with researchers, departments, and centers to monitor and reconcile data for sponsored programs at the school/college/divisional level. Reviews and approves financial transactions submitted from departments or centers. May interact directly with project sponsors related to detailed financial reporting, invoicing, and/or auditing on behalf of the unit to ensure compliance.
