Role Overview: 

The IT Infrastructure & Compliance Specialist will be accountable and responsible for all infrastructure projects, operations & compliance for all OEK offices. This is an exciting position that involves partnership of Otis global IT partners in Network, Compute/Storage and Workplace, collaboration with global and regional Digital Technology teams to provide excellent service level in IT services to your end users.   You will report to the Asia regional DT Infrastructure Director who will provide you with access to mentorship, development opportunities and exposure to a multicultural work environment.

On a typical day you will: 

• Responsible for all IT Infrastructure, Compliance and administrative operations duties.

• Work with 3rd party (Global and Local) on all IT infrastructure services :-

  • Personal Computer/Network and Server (DXC/OBS)

  • Multifunction Printers (Fuji Xerox)

  • Data center environment

  • Local Telecom (Cloud PBX)

  • Mobile devices (AirWatch/Intune)

• Support operations IT issue by INC management tool (Service Now), to ensure the issue has resolved within reasonable time.

• Communicate IT global policy & new IT solutions to local users, to ensure they are understanding and following appropriately.

• Maintaining and monitoring global and local project plans and project schedules.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Need to create written documentation required for excellent English written and verbal communication.

• Follow up on Change Management & perform Compliance Audit duties.

 

What You Will Need to be Successful: 

• Proactive attitude, customer service orientated approach, team oriented personality, & willingness to meet or exceed expected service level.

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field of study.

• 5 years’ experience in related field.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Competency in Microsoft applications (M365, Azure) and GCP technologies.

• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

• Priority given to candidates with at least one CISP/CISSP/CISA/PMO certification.

• Priority given to those with experience in MNC organizations leading global projects.
