Political Intelligence Intern

Position description

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving part of Dods Group Ltd. Working as part of the French team, you will be responsible for following French politics and developing content for clients based on a clear understanding of their business objectives.

What we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least an undergraduate degree in Political Science;
• Strong knowledge of the French and EU institutions and policy-making processes;
• Excellent writing skills in French and English;
• A good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Intellectual curiosity and be detailed-oriented;
• Experience of social media and digital marketing would be an asset.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Track ongoing government and parliamentary works and debates, and compile the positions taken by stakeholders;
• Format daily monitoring;
• Prepare the diaries;
• Conduct documentary research;
• Draft notes on current political events.
