| Position Summary | The Dahlkemper School of Business is seeking a student podcast manager for DSB’s podcast, “The Knight Roundtable”. This position reports to and is supported by the School of Business secretary. The podcast manager will work approximately 10 hours per week, M-F between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The podcast manager’s primary responsibilities are as follows:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the podcast manager may also be responsible for coverage of the DSB student worker desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or room, and other tasks and projects as assigned by the DSB secretary. |
| Required Qualifications | Candidates are expected to have strong written and verbal communication skills. They should be a “people person” who has enthusiasm for getting to know people. They must be comfortable being the voice of the podcast, and be able to confidently manage the podcast equipment (training will be provided). Additionally, candidates must be reliable, have strong organizational skills, and be a positive representative of the Dahlkemper School of Business and Gannon University. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Prior experience recording and editing podcasts is preferred. |
| Physical Demands | Must be able to meet the demands associated with a busy office environment. Requires light lifting. |
