We are looking for an experienced Platforms Lead to join our Digital Trust and Credentials team within the Digital Platform Services division. This team is focused on delivering, supporting, and continuously improving Digital Trust & Credentials platforms across various government program areas.
Reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager, Digital Trust and Credentials, the Platforms Lead plays a crucial operational role, working alongside an empowered multi-disciplinary team to deliver maximum value for our digital solutions, and to continually evolve and improve our products to ensure they align with user and business needs. You will work closely with service designers, developers, service operations, business partners, and other stakeholders.

As the Platform Lead, you must have a bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
