Job Summary
Harvard University Planning and Design seeks a talented, creative, and self-motivated Planning Graphics Associate, who will also have urban design planning responsibilities, to join the department within Harvard’s Central Administration responsible for the planning and development of Harvard’s campus. Reporting to the Planning Graphics Manager, this position is an integral part of a small team of physical planners who are guiding the future physical development of Harvard University. The Planning Graphics Associate is expected to contribute to the development and production of a wide variety of materials such as reports and planning documents, PowerPoint presentations, presentation boards, and exhibits, as well as create and modify site plans/floor plans, schedules, charts, diagrams, and other items as defined.

This position may start hybrid (some on-campus/some remote work), with the transition to a full-on campus in Cambridge if required by the department. Work options for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
