Physiotherapist/Talent Development – Acute Lead
Acute Lead Position is expected to be a 0.4 FTE (Full time Equivalent) and is subject to ongoing assessment based upon operational needs.

The Talent Development Acute Lead, reporting to the National Director of Talent Development is responsible for creating regional opportunities for onboarding, training, mentorship/coaching, and education aligned to the CBI Health/National Training and Development strategic priorities. Collaborates with the regions’ Operations leadership and guides the regional Talent Development Leads to ensure education, onboarding, training, and mentorship/coaching are supporting the regional service delivery needs. The Acute Lead also participates in the creation, curation and delivery of education materials and resources and is a champion for best practice standards of care. As the Acute Lead, you will also provide client access to care delivering rehabilitation services, effectively building rapport, facilitating accurate assessment and comprehensive treatment planning that consistently results in clients meeting or exceeding their goals and expectations.
