PhD Student

The ISyE (Industrial Systems Engineering) research group is active in the domains of Smart Manufacturing Systems Design & Management, Supply Networks Engineering and Logistics, and Smart Mobility and Smart Cities.
A new research line in the group is human-factors aware task allocation and scheduling. The researcher will conduct academic research on this research line in preparation of a doctoral dissertation.

Job profile

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to perform research in the domain above in both national and international projects. This position is open for candidates holding a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science Engineering, Mathematical Informatics, Business Engineering, or equivalent. Candidates with background in operations research, systems engineering, control and optimization or in a closely related domain are strongly encouraged to apply.
