Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, performing and analysing experiments, and share findings with colleagues. You will be responsible for applying and optimizing techniques for the collection and analysis of data. You will write manuscripts for submission to peer-review journals.
Your profile
Upon start of the position, you should hold a master’s degree in biology, medicine or any related life science field, preferably with a certain degree of specialization in immunology or fibrosis research. You have an excellent track record and a strong interest in immunology-related techniques, including flow cytometry, single cell RNA sequencing, culture of primary cells and molecular biology techniques. The will to work with mouse models is essential for applicants to be considered.
Preliminary experience with mouse models, single cell RNA sequencing, including raw data handling or downstream bioninformatic analysis will be a strong asset.
We expect a strong interest in the field of interdisciplinary science and the will to independently develop and drive a research project. You should be willing to work as part of a team, to collaborate and help other colleagues when necessary. A high degree of flexibility and dedication to the project will be mandatory.
You should be fluently speaking and writing english.
