PGR Wellbeing Project Officer

About the role

We have an exciting new position to join Student Support Services, supporting the implementation of our Student Wellbeing Strategy. You will be specifically contributing towards the enhancement of the wellbeing of our PGR students, through the delivery of a range of tailored wellbeing activities, initiatives and training sessions. This will include building and managing relationships with the doctoral college and academic departments as well as providing consultation and guidance.

About you

You should have a strong interest and understanding of mental health and wellbeing, ideally through gaining a degree level in social sciences/psychological subject or related profession, or through substantial relevant experience in a similar role.
The experience required includes project management, training resource development and delivery, and development and management of stakeholder relationships. You should also have demonstrable experience in interpreting and implementing research findings.
This role requires strong interpersonal communication and time management. You should have competent IT skills, with confidence in using most Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
