Main Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and action plans to ensure the inclusion of persons with disabilities in project activities.

Advise field teams on best practices in the inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Ensure that all activities and services provided take into account the needs of persons with disabilities.

Conduct awareness sessions on the rights of persons with disabilities and the challenges they face.

Train field teams and volunteers on inclusion principles and approaches to adapting to different needs.

Develop training materials and tools to help improve inclusion practices.

Participate in coordination meetings on inclusion and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Monitor the implementation of inclusion strategies and collect data on the extent of participation of persons with disabilities in activities.

Prepare periodic reports on challenges and achievements in the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:

University degree in sociology, special education, social work, or a related field.

At least 2-4 years of experience working with persons with disabilities or in inclusion projects.

Good knowledge of international conventions and standards related to the rights of persons with disabilities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with communities and target groups.

Proficiency in Arabic, with English preferred.

Ability to work in unstable environments and adapt to field challenges.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess inclusion needs and provide practical solutions.

Training skills and the ability to design and implement awareness and training programs.

Ability to work within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Strong reporting and documentation skills.
