The Department of Professional Administrative Services (PAS) is responsible for providing professional, efficient administrative services which enable the effective operations of each academic school and thereby contribute to an outstanding student experience.  We aim to be a forward thinking, outward looking, professional service department, seeking continuous improvement and innovative, modern approaches to administration. We are both an integral part of the academic schools that we contribute to and are respected colleagues within them, but also part of a wider department which enables collaboration, consistency, and development opportunities. This allows us to continually develop the services we offer within our supportive, friendly culture.

We are looking to recruit to the following two Personal Assistant (PA) roles which are based within the Department for Professional Administrative Services:

• PA to Head of School of Psychology/Head of Worcester Business School
• PA to Head of School of Sport & Exercise Science

These are varied roles which would suit someone with good organisational skills, a background in administrative support and a willingness to take advantage of the excellent staff development opportunities provided by the university to continue their professional development within the role.
