Your job, as a Performance Excellence Manager within Supply Chain Performance Excellence, will be to help lead the effort towards world class customer service by maximizing the use of planning and inventory tools and practices across the Vaccines Supply Chain site team. Focus on driving the implementation, execution and effectiveness of systematic solutions designed to simplify and optimize the planning and inventory processes over the 6 to 60-month horizon.

Main responsibilities:

• Administration of End-to-End Destruction Management Program to optimize site storage/warehouse capacities across the site and financial reconciliation of disposed material.

• Investigate, develop, and facilitate adoption of best practices in inventory management focusing on processes and tools to ensure optimized forecasting, stock accuracy and departmental/financial reporting.

• Monthly meetings focused on Key topics to drive improvements on the overall Inventory actuals vs targets.

• Leading the communication for the write-off process and working closely with all impacted departments to ensure the process flow moving forward smoothly.

About you

• Strong and proven analytical skills

• University degree

• 2-5 years of operational experience, as well as experience utilizing major ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and participation on tool/system enhancements (URS, FS, UAT experience)

• Experience with ERP concepts, applications, and tool/system enhancements (SAP comfort is an asset)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
