The Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Call Center is comprised of well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume setting. We support not only Primary Care, but also a variety of Specialty Service Lines. We do our best to assign Representatives to specific Service Lines, but we prepare team members to cross cover as needed.
We are flexible with the amount of weekly hours worked for this per-diem opportunity. We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The Call Center Representative is a telephone-based position operating in a call center style department; there is no face-to-face interaction with patients or other customers. Responsibilities include:
- Fielding incoming phone calls
- Requesting information
- Registering patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Performing other administrative support duties

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of office or customer service experience required (including a demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking, and creativity when resolving customer issues)
- Proficiency in Office Software and standard office equipment required
- Call Center environment experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Epic experience strongly preferred
