The RDS SC is seeking a Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) Officer to work within the RDS team alongside the PPI lead to deliver on the RDS SC PPI strategy, and provide support and advice to research teams designing health and social care research.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills. Experience of working in a health services research environment or relevant voluntary sector organisation, and experience of working with patients and the public is essential. You will have a proven record of managing your own time. Having previous experience of working with an NIHR organisation, particularly delivering on PPI strategies would be an advantage.
This position is being offered on a Full Time, Fixed Term basis until 30th September 2023 (with the provision to extend subject to funding)
