Partner Development Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Overview

Intuit Sales is responsible for acquiring new users as well as retaining and growing existing customers. Our objective is to build customer confidence on every interaction through our subject matter expertise.

As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and growing world-class sales frontline consultants. Create a high performing sales team that consistently exceeds the expectations of employees, customers, and shareholders. You will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team and your frontline sales team to retain customers while driving growth through adoption of new products to the existing customer’s portfolio of Intuit products they currently use.

What you’ll bring

  • Seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of sales or sales leadership experience in a high-tech organization

  • Track record of building high performing teams that consistently deliver for all stakeholders

  • Experience partnering across functions to lead new initiatives in service to delivering business results

  • Track record of success working and influencing a fast-paced organization at all levels, being persuasive and effective even where no direct reporting relationship exists

  • A passionate and skilled communicator who can articulate the Intuit vision in a clear and compelling way that immediately generates excitement, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the vision in subordinates, peers, and external partners

  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative culture that places a premium on consistently performing at the highest level in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong presence and credibility with a reputation for unquestioned integrity and management skills that allow for instant credibility with employees, customers, and shareholders

  • A proven motivator of people with undeniable experience in rallying people, not afraid to roll up sleeves and get ingrained in work

How you will lead

  • Build and lead a team of Sales Agents to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue goals

  • Optimize the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio

  • Support the development and execution of the sales strategy as part of the sales leadership team

  • Provide product support, sales coaching, and training to the sales team

  • Conduct talent review sessions and drive a high-performance culture

  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements

  • Collaborate across Intuit world-wide to share and learn best practices

  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting

  • Combine data and insights leading to quick and effective decision making
