JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Division of Arts and Humanities at Penn State Abington is seeking one or more part-time instructors to teach introductory courses in Christianity and in World Religions starting in January 2023.

Job Duties

• Adjunct Instructors typically teach one to three courses per semester.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a PhD in a relevant field or be an ABD graduate student in a PhD program.

These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Candidates with a student-centered, innovative, and engaging approach to teaching are encouraged to apply.
