We emphasize direct supervision and mentorship for all levels of licensure, creating a richly supportive environment for therapists.We are seeking part-time or full-time PhD Psychologists to join our team. Ideal candidates are well-resourced, compassionate, empathetic, and solutions oriented. They should be capable of managing both assessments and therapeutic guidance in a private practice setting. This role offers the flexibility of in-office and remote work.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Assessments and Therapy: Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest caseload of 5-10 client visits per week.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship to Associate licensed therapists, review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation.
  • Coordination: Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff to provide comprehensive care.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic’s mission of filling gaps in mental health services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: PhD in Psychology required
  • Licensure: Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas
  • Experience: Experience in mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations. Those credentialed with the major insurance companies will be given priority in this position.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills, proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
