Part-Time Federal Work Study – Career Link Assistant (Current Students Only)

Support the Career Coach and Talent Connection Manager by performing administrative duties related to employer engagement, student participation in services, and the ongoing utilization of systems to input and compile data.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the input of information into HireIvy and Salesforce databases.
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings, and answer emails.
- Maintain student and client lists within designated databases.
- Put together information packets for class visits, workshops, etc.
- Assist in the compiling and development of office protocols, workshops, handouts, and flyers.
- Perform onsite event management and coordination for Career Link events.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
- Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours of enrollment in eligible courses.
- Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
- Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google products.
Salary: $15.00 per hour
