The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000 per year, complemented by benefits, bonuses and additional extra hours payments. Job Description
We are looking for a Panel Shop Manager to lead our panel shop operations and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full panel lifecycle — from design through fabrication, quality assurance, and delivery, while managing a team, a budget, and the overall performance of the department.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on precision, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoys building a strong, motivated team around them.
