Job Description

Position Highlights

• Supports the operational activities for the North America Business Development Campaign Process

• Acts as the Award Calculator to ensure calculations and payouts for each campaign were executed according to campaign rules and eligibility requirements

• Responsible for acquiring data from multiple sources for very complex reporting projects and integrate large volumes of data, performs in depth analysis, and interprets results

• Ensures the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

• Typically, 10 or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures for the assigned area

• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Advanced computer skills to include advanced ability working with Microsoft Excel

Hybrid/flexible schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $91,290.00 – $107,400.00 – $118,140.00
