Kelly Technology is looking for an ORACLE HCM Cloud SME/Lead. It’s a remote direct hire employment with bonus and benefits open with our manufacturing client with over 4,000 employees and over 1.3B revenue.

Oracle Cloud HCM SME, Lead

Client: Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery

Direct Hire with Bonus and Benefits

Core Hours: full-time M-F, 8-5 (your time zone)

100% remote, anywhere in US

No Travel till mid-2024; later may be up to 5%

Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud HCM SME/ with some relevant PM or Team Lead experience

70% – support . Responding/resolving Oracle HCM CORE and Benefits tickets for US and Canada. Assist with high-complexity escalations from other markets (EU, Africa, Asia)

30% – tactical implementation Project Management (working closely with implementation vendor). Participate in workflow/process improvement workshops, suggest solution design and manage internal team for ongoing HCM rollouts, go-live and support projects.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

• 5 years of Oracle HCM experience

• SME in Oracle Core and/or Benefits (or either Absence, OTL, Payroll).

• Oracle Certifications strongly preferred.

• Prior Experience in Implementing Cloud HCM Core & Benefits modules

• Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

• Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration

• Proficient with MS Project

• Should be highly proficient with Excel. VBA Excel is highly desired.

• Experience with Jira is ideal

• Techno-functional Oracle Cloud HCM experience highly preferred.
