From fixing things that go bump in the night to making sure our spaces look fabulous, you’ll be a key player in our hospitality dream team.You will have an impact on:You will be working onsite with a small team of technicians, coordinating maintenance projectsPerforming scheduled preventative maintenance in our many guest apartments in and around ViennaSetting up furniture, taking over minor maintenance and repair tasksProcessing and handling tickets in our ticketing systemTransparent and close cooperation with guests and an internal team of technicians and property managersWhat you will add:Basic know-how in fixing stuff (electrical, plumbing, HVAC – you name it!).Some hands-on maintenance experience is great, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are even better.Familiarity with working on a computer with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systemsFlexibility and willingness to travel within AustriaStrong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, working closely with guests, contractors & colleagues
