As part of the busy Operations team, this key role provides a proactive, responsive and supportive service to the wider team, volunteers, University of Liverpool colleagues, Members of Ness Botanic Gardens, visitors, contractors and other stakeholders.
Duties include:
¿ Work as part of the Operations team.
¿ Undertake regular team leader duties.
¿ Provide an effective and supportive administrative function.
¿ Provide high quality customer experience and act as first point of contact for telephone, email and written communications.
¿ Update and maintain NBG website and social media channels.
¿ Work effectively with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.
¿ Play a key role in the success of Ness Botanic Gardens as a visitor attraction and academic facility.
You should have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. The post is available immediately until 23 December 2022.
