The Brick Commercial Division is actively seeking to expand our commercial management team in Winnipeg. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer-focused attitude! The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our commercial locations!

This position will report directly to the Western Canada Director of Operations – Commercial Division.

Responsibilities

• Implement, communicate and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes and policies

• Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions

• Increase location profitability and efficiency

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

• Promote teamwork with peer departments at The Brick retail

• Minimize errors and ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy

• Coordinate with buying teams to maintain inventory levels and accuracy for upcoming commercial projects and property management customers.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of Supervisory or Management experience in a Commercial or Retail environment

• 2 or more years of Customer Service or Sales experience

• Successful track record in customer service, and operations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate operational activities with a team

• Highly developed time management and organizational skills
