• Plan and oversee the execution of HVACR and BMS installation projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and the highest ethical standards.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, promoting collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
• Engage in pre-bid processes, assessing risks and providing accurate information to support sales efforts.
• Drive project reviews and initiate corrective actions to optimize performance and enhance profitability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team.
• Coach and develop team members on operational risk management and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all team members and subcontractors.

Ihr Profil

• Proven experience in HVAC/R,BMS operations or a senior project management role.
• Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of people management experience, focusing on team development and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to safety and ethical practices in all aspects of work
• German and English – professional working knowledge written and spoken
• Active driver willing to travel to our customers (approx. 50% of working time).
• Financial acumen.

• For this position we offer annual salary starting from € 85,500. Final offered salary will be based on your qualifications and professional experience.
