Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Ability to assess and solve problems with a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both external and internal audiences

  • Ability to think analytical and creatively

  • Strong attention to detail while taking the initiative on multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing positions or internships

Job Summary

Operations Interns provide meaningful impact through assisting clients who are at various steps in the mortgage process. As a valued team member, they are empowered to become the voice of the client, listening to needs and acting upon them to make the mortgage process tailored for each client. The goal is to provide an exceptional client experience, every time!

Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze production metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

  • Prepare and give presentations to leaders on various projects

  • Proactively look for and act on process improvements ideas

  • Develop ideas and contests to increase productivity and cultivate our culture

  • Complete day-to-day tasks while continuously managing several team projects

  • Improve pipeline efficiency by reviewing loan conditions that require client communication from team members

  • Support client communication through mailing documents, reviewing lead management skills of our bankers, and providing feedback
