About the Role
Lyra is looking for an Operations Associate II to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team. Reporting to the CNT Manager of Strategy & Operations, you will be at the forefront of supporting cross-functional partnerships and project management. Your contribution will be instrumental in improving our processes, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring we provide exceptional mental health care services.


  • Manage end to end projects and new initiative timelines
  • Acting as a key point of contact for new requests from cross functional teams
  • Work closely with the CNT Stakeholders to implement new initiatives
  • Own updates to existing process and workflows via our Salesforce and Confluence
  • Support with technical testing and ongoing project management


  • 2-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity of operations support or leading a team; healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience building workflows, streamlining processes, and gleaning insights from data
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams 
  • Ability to identify gaps and taking the initiative to close them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
  • Comfortable with new technology, familiarity with CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. Zendesk.
