Position Summary:
The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI) is an academic center for integrative health and medicine, providing the best scientific research, education and clinical care, integrating conventional and complementary medicine. Our mission is to transform healthcare through the practice of integrative health by conducting rigorous research, promoting evidence-based treatment modalities, educating the public on well-being practices, providing individualized, patient-centered clinical care and providing services to the community that focus on obtaining optimal health.
The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute Operations Analyst provides analytical support for operational and personnel actions. Incumbent is responsible for managing data records, such as personnel contracts, procurement contracts, and MOUs. Leads analytical studies that support clinic and administration operations.
Compensation Range:
$69,400 – $89,300

Required:
3-5 Years previous relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses. Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs. Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Analytical / problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
Strong policy analysis techniques.
