Working under general supervision in Perioperative Services, assists with ordering surgical supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory PAR levels on a daily basis. Sort daily supply deliveries, rotate and replenish stock items, advise supervisor of delivery/purchasing errors; pull and process outdated supply items. Store supplies in a neat, clean, and orderly manner; breakdown and remove cardboard packaging and shipping materials. Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED; or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

• Recent experience in a similar role and setting.

• Must possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to this position.

• Knowledge of ORSOS, Pro Click, and Microsoft Office.
• Graduation from an approved healthcare training/certification program.

• Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
• Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Job offer is contingent on successful engagement in the UC COVID-19 Vaccination program (fully vaccinated with documented proof or approved exception/deferral).

If applicable, life-support certifications (BLS, NRP, ACLS, etc.) must include hands-on practice and in-person skills assessment; online-only certification is not acceptable.
