About Us:
Amal Healing and Advocacy Center (AHAC) is a women-led, refugee-led organization committed to fostering social justice, empowering Syrian refugee communities, and strengthening internal organizational resilience. As part of our capacity-building efforts, we are seeking to enhance our internal Human Resources (HR) operations through digital transformation. To achieve this, we are launching a focused training program on ZOHO People, a leading HR software system, to streamline and automate essential HR functions.
Position Overview:
We are inviting applications from qualified HR Digital Systems Trainer with specific expertise in ZOHO HR platforms to conduct a series of specialized training sessions for our team. These sessions aim to build our capacity in leveraging ZOHO’s advanced features to optimize recruitment, staff management, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, live demonstrations, and hands-on training to ensure a deep understanding and smooth integration of ZOHO into our organizational workflow.
Training Focus Areas:
- Recruitment Automation & Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
- Setting up recruitment pipelines
- Automating candidate tracking
- Creating evaluation forms and workflows
- Streamlining interview scheduling and communications
- Digital Onboarding & Staff Management:
- Configuring onboarding journeys for new hires
- Managing staff data and digital HR files securely
- Automating HR document approvals and task reminders
- Utilizing organizational charts and employee self-service portals
- Performance Management & Continuous Feedback Systems:
- Setting up KPIs and OKRs within ZOHO
- Implementing performance review cycles
- Real-time feedback and appraisal systems
- Tracking progress and generating analytical performance reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Software Recommendation & Integration Planning: Guide the team in understanding the functionality and benefits of using ZOHO HR tools
- Hands-On Training Sessions: Design and deliver 3 in-depth workshops covering each core HR area
- Customization Support: Assist in customizing ZOHO modules to match AHAC’s organizational needs
- User-Friendly Training Materials: Provide supporting materials and resources for long-term use by the HR and administrative teams
- Post-Training Support: Offer limited follow-up assistance to resolve integration issues or answer outstanding queries
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise in ZOHO People or similar HR platforms
- Proven experience in HR digital transformation, training delivery, and system implementation
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic
- Must be based in Turkey or possess a valid Turkish bank account for payment processing
