Amal Healing and Advocacy Center is a women-led and refugee-led organization committed to empowering Syrian refugee communities through psychosocial support, legal aid, advocacy, and organizational development. We are currently enhancing our internal policies and practices to better serve our team and beneficiaries.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant Trainer to support our internal capacity-building process by refining and aligning our HR policies with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive institutional evaluation and HR needs assessment
- Develop tailored and sustainable HR strategies that address staff development, retention, and well-being
- Review and revise existing HR policies to ensure compliance with international standards
- Deliver interactive workshops and training sessions to build staff capacity on updated HR practices
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be based in Turkey or have an active Turkish bank account for payment
- Proven experience in HR policy development, organizational training, and consultancy
- Strong knowledge of international HR standards and frameworks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Arabic
- Availability for four structured sessions over the project period
