Context

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism. To that end, UNV China Field Unit (FU) is seeking the support of Online Volunteers in translating partnership documents that are essential for UNV China FU ongoing activities and operations.

Task description

UNV China FU is looking for 2 motivated and professional Online Volunteers to support us in translation of a working document.
The selected Online Volunteers are required to produce translations from Chinese to English and English to Chinese of concept notes, reports and other documents needed. Approximately, the Online Volunteers are expected to translate 2000-3000 words per week from the abovementioned documents. The documents are related to UNV’s partnership with Chinese partners to facilitate the successful implementation of activities and daily operation work.
