Join our Marketing & Recruitment team and help prospective students shape their future at the University of Groningen/Campus Fryslân while working in an open, vibrant, international and future-oriented environment with lots of freedom to put your knowledge, creativity and experience into practice.

In this position, you will lead, develop and optimise our online presence and campaigns. With your vision of impactful online content and distribution channels, you will contribute to the positioning of the UG/Campus Fryslân while closely examining new online developments. Together with the team, you will be responsible for optimising the customer journeys of prospective students. You will strive to increase brand awareness and improve conversion.

● You will coordinate the development of online marketing campaigns (SEA, email, social media & print) and independently take care of any needed landing pages
● You will serve as the liaison for digital advertising agencies we work with in coordination with the team manager
● You will carry out analyses, user research and panel discussions to gain insights into the needs and expectations of our target audience
● You will ensure an optimal connection between content and disciplines such as SEO, Google Ads and social media advertising, including website and webpages optimisation
● You will provide input for the marketing, content and social media strategy in line with the faculty’s mission, vision and recruitment/marketing strategy
● You will manage all social media channels Campus Fryslân makes use of, aiming to increase brand awareness and website traffic, you are also responsible for content planning
● You will collaborate with the team to create or coordinate content for email marketing and the website
● Naturally, you will monitor and analyse the effects of your efforts and take the initiative to change things and try out new developments.
