About Student and Scholarly Services
Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
About the Role
As the OneCRM Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective and targeted multichannel student communications through the CRM. You will develop, execute and measure automated, end-to-end digital communication campaigns to achieve business objectives.
You will support the technical management, optimisation, and execution of the student communications strategy. This will require planning and execution of email campaigns and student journey mapping to achieve behaviour based automated communications through the CRM.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the planning and technical implementation of SASS CRM communications activities
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of end-to-end campaigns to meet communications requirements
- Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure communications and campaigns meet compliance and business requirements
- Apply understanding of the University, students, and data assets to define and develop student journeys
About You
You will have the ability to conduct business analysis and make recommendations on how to optimise CRM marketing/communications activities. You will have highly effective communication skills and well-developed stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration skills.
You exercise sound judgement and utilise your advanced interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships and achieve high-quality delivery of student communications.
Your resilience also allows you to face challenges in your working environment and to achieve effective business outcomes.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated work experience within relevant communications field and tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, finance, business or a related discipline
- Expertise in applying web analytics and producing concise insights that inform decisions and enhancements
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions and techniques, and an understanding of the key University user journeys
- Sound knowledge of, and experience with, users relationship marketing/communications
- Solid knowledge of and experience with business analysis reporting platforms such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other reporting solutions e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Data Studio
